Windflower Farms LLC Farmworker and Laborer in Valley Falls, New York
3 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 4/19/24- 11/19/24.
Seed, plant, weed, harvest, wash, sort and pack vegetables and berries by hand or by using simple tools and machinery. Operate a tractor to till or spray or pull wagons.
Crops include: strawberry, blueberry, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, corn, cucumber, eggplant, kale, leek, lettuce, melon, onion, pepper, potato, radish, spinach, squash, tomato, turnip, watermelon and herbs.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of one month of experience in performing the tasks described above.
- Driver requirements.
- Extensive sitting, extensive pushing/pulling, extensive walling and frequent stooping.
- Repetitive movements.
- Lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
