Landscape Laborer - 7 full-time, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 03/01/2025-12/01/2025.
Employer: Hampton Rustic LLC, 375 David White's Lane, Wainscott, NY 11975.
Job duties: Mowing of lawns, trimming of shrubs, weeding, mulching, spreading of topsoil, tree & shrub plantings. Irrigation work includes installing irrigation lines using shovels, picks, and repairing broken sprinkler heads. Spring cleanups includes removal of leaves, sticks using blowers and rakes and thatching. Fall cleanups includes removal of leaves & sticks. Use of ride on mowers, trimmers, blowers, shrub trimmers, weedwhackers.
Employer will provide transportation to and from job locations in Suffolk county from central location: 375 David White's Lane, Wainscott, NY 11975.
No education or experience required.
Work Hours: Days Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week at $21.87-$23.87/hour. Up to 10 hours OT/week when available at $32.81-$35.81/hour.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Work tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at no cost to worker.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
