Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Hours: 21 - 24 Hours Per Week, Part-Time/Regularly Scheduled Per Diem
Schedule: 9am-5pm M,W,F
(Additional hours on T/TH may be requested for coverage.)
Location: St Anthony Community Hospital (SACH) in Warwick NY - Out Patient
