We are hiring an Demand Generation Manager at GeekHive! You will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of effective account-based marketing programs that will fuel the growth objectives for the business, with a primary focus on driving a qualified pipeline exclusively from our top target accounts. This role is highly collaborative, and will partner with sales to develop robust account strategies that merge both online and offline activities to attract and engage our target audience.
Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools and customer programs
Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive the business
Team with sales to align on programmatic campaigns which apply to named accounts
Plan out account-based marketing plans with clear growth, executive contact, pipeline and revenue objectives
Nurture contacts within the prioritized accounts and engage that audience consistently with innovative, unexpected and intentional marketing to drive account opportunities
Foster peer-to-peer interaction in our customer base within their industry and across industries to enable customers to share best practices
Develop new and leverage existing programs, tools and assets designed to showcase GeekHive as a strategic partner to enable the customer to get the most value out of our solutions, relationship and services
Own and execute programs including planning, logistics, budget, list management, follow up and reporting
Measure the success of your account-based marketing programs from a contact, pipeline and marketing investment perspective
Bachelor?s degree in marketing or related field with minimum of 5+ years in B2B enterprise software.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to the sales team.
Proven track record of successfully originating fresh breakthrough ideas in an account-based marketing capacity to support sales objectives, validating ideas with key stakeholders and carrying them through to execution.
Solid written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills.
Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally.
Experience using salesforce.com, salesforce marketing cloud, and social studio a plus.
