We are hiring a Group Account Director to lead our Hive Leadership Team at GeekHive. This position will report to our Director of Production and will be responsible for managing the GeekHive business for the accounts in the Hive. The GAD is a player/coach, face of GeekHive to the market and responsible for driving growth, delivering budgeted business results, managing customer relationships, and maintaining employee engagement. The GAD is accountable for the Hive P&L including revenue, delivery and profitability.
The ?CEO? of a Hive (collection of accounts), accountable for the associated P&L, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Growth
Responsible for a team of direct-report Account Managers with focused on growth, client management, and minimizing churn in the hive.
Responsible for Hive business operations including managing a team of direct report Hive leaders responsible for delivery and execution client work
Provide leadership, coaching, and counseling to the entire Hive team as the ?CEO? of the business
Ensure and support account plan development, on-going executive governance and quarterly business reviews are held to build and expand customer relationships
Oversee solution selling process including deal qualification, defining win strategies, solution / proposal development and relationship-based selling with personal engagement in the selling process for key deals
Ensure customer satisfaction to drive issue resolution as required with accountability for contract profitability
Lead revenue and cost forecasting (P&L management) as well as delivery of business results to plan including revenue and contract profitability
Lead internal monthly business reviews focused on the P&L, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Growth.
7+ years relevant experience, technology or consulting services experience
Understanding of customer support, professional services, and software sales
Experience building and managing customer relationships and key accounts
Experience managing a $10M P&L and building and growing high-performance teams in a matrix organization
College degree in a related field preferred
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to address a wide range of audiences
