Bowers & Company CPA's, PLLC Accounting Firm has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Specialist. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Must be self motivated and detail oriented. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Greet and welcome clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls -Assist in processing tax returns, financial statements, and correspondence -Prepare invoicing/billing -Distribute incoming/outgoing mail -Order office supplies and maintain inventory -Scan and bind documents -Schedule meetings -Utilize workflow software to streamline internal projects -Other administrative tasks as assigned across both offices Qualifications: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Excellent technology skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly -High attention to deal and able to multi-task while working independently and as a team -High level of professionalism in speaking with clients and handling confidential information -Associates degree preferred Hours: Hours would vary Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work some nights and weekends during peak seasons.
