Job title Buildings-Grounds Maintenance Technician, Non-Exempt Reports to Facility Manager Job purpose Performs all necessary functions and activities to keep buildings/grounds/properties in operating condition. Duties and responsibilities

Daily facilities inspections

Perform general maintenance on buildings/systems/properties to keep them in operating condition in a safe and efficient manner to include but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, general carpentry, HVAC, preventative maintenance.

Yard duties to include snow removal in winter, mowing/trimming/landscaping in summer.

Systems Maintenance and repairs

Duties include multiple locations Weedsport, Cato, Oswego, Cross Lake Marina

Regular Attendance & Punctuality

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Must be available On Call for after hour emergencies. Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma

Minimum of 5 years, grounds/maintenance experience

General computer skills

Forklift operating experience.

Scissors lift operating experience.

Ability to use all hand and power tools.

Time management

Must be able to multitask.

Self-motivated

Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to companies drug free workplace policies. Safety in the Workplace

Must be able to lift/move at least 50lbs.

Walking, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting.

Continually moving during work hours
