Description
Position: Full-Time
Rate: $16.00-$22.00 hourly (based on experience)
Duties and responsibilities
Daily facilities inspections
Perform general maintenance on buildings/systems/properties to keep them in operating condition in a safe and efficient manner – to include but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, general carpentry, HVAC, preventative maintenance.
Yard duties – to include snow removal in winter, mowing/trimming/landscaping in summer.
Systems Maintenance and repairs
Duties include multiple locations – Weedsport, Cato, Oswego, Cross Lake Marina
Regular Attendance & Punctuality
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be available “On Call’ for after hour emergencies.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
Minimum of 5 years, grounds/maintenance experience
General computer skills
Forklift operating experience
Scissor lift operating experience
Ability to use metal cutting tools
Time management
Must be able to multi task
Self-motivated
Must complete post-offer drug test and agree to companies drug free workplace policies
