SummaryThe Seasonal Trade Show Support Staff will assist in coordination and execution of the following projects during set up, execution, and/or shut down of various Trade Shows: facilitating incoming customer requests via phone I email, executing customer outreach campaigns, documenting outgoing and incoming requests via CRM, assisting in web platform product uploads, and fulfilling back up to the Gift Shop.Qualifications•Minimum 2 years College experience with Business Administration or related fieldeExperience with Microsoft Office•Good written and verbal communication skills•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills•Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProject Details()Customer Service / Admin SupportoMaintain and strengthen existing customer relationshipsoProcess orders submitted through B2B portals, Faire, Shopify, MarketTime, etcoPromptly respond to all customer inquiries that come through directly and via customer portals or the shared inboxes-NL Rep and NL Sales TeamoKeep records of calls, sales, and note any useful information in the CRMoFollow up on all leads, orders, and shipments to ensure positive customer relations and encourage repeat ordersoHandle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactionsoHandle grievances while preserving Company reputationoExceed customer expectations through superior customer service•Web Platform CleanupoLearn and master all Wholesale ecommerce portals - Faire, MarketTime, Shopify, etcoUpload new and remove discontinued products on all Wholesale ecommerce portals - ensuring content is consistent and accurate•Inter-departmental Support & Communication DutiesoWrites debits, credits, return material authorizations and instructs receiving department on the disposition of returns.oCoordinate credit terms and payment arrangements when setting up new customersoFacilitate resolution of operational issues to address customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionOther DutiesoDevelop and maintain numerous spreadsheets for projects and reporting.oHelp with duties related to E-Sale events hosted by Sales TeamoPerform related duties or special assignments as directed.oProvides back up to other sales team members on the Wholesale Team as well as the Gift Shop as neededoAssist with item setups for Large Account CustomersoAlways promote a positive company image
