Laborer Job description:
Pay: $18 to $23/hr. Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; some shifts may vary Paid training and advancement opportunities up to $23/hr. Job Type: Seasonal Part-time Experience preferred
Job Summary:
A1 Reliable Industries Corp. is looking for seasonal part-time employees to join our team working in the construction industry.
This opportunity is for hard working individuals able to work in the construction field and variating weather.
The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As part of the team, you will be responding to the following:
Cleaning and removing trash, debris from work area & preparing construction sites. Loading and unloading materials & equipment. Building and taking down temporary structures. Digging trenches, compacting earth & backfilling holes. Operating & tending machinery & equipment. Maintaining: Caring for and servicing assigned tools and equipment Must be willing to work with hands at times to lead by example Blue collar environment & have blue collar experience Must be willing to work in bad weather & adverse conditions Valid driver's license with low/no points. Must have reliable transportation to & from designated job locations. Must be capable of taking safety courses and test requirements. Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to pass a per-employment criminal background check and drug screening. Ability to utilize tools, such as screw gun, Sawzall, wire cutters, etc. Ability to complete assigned task quickly and efficiently. Ability to follow basic directions. Willingness to function as part of a team.
