Together, we constantly strive to Raise the Bar.About This Role:The Customer Excellence Lead is responsible for leading and developing a team of 3-5 Specialists in providing the highest level of customer experience to build trust and loyalty with current, new and future Pacha Soap Co. customers. This includes finding innovative ways to work with our Independent Wholesalers to partner in building their business and driving revenue. The Customer Excellence Team works proactively in a fast-paced environment to monitor customer orders and ensure a seamless delivery to the customer. This involves staying interconnected with the Operations and Strategy Teams to develop a clear daily, weekly and monthly plan. We are passionate about our customers and always Do As We Say to delight them on every interaction with our team.Responsibilities and Duties:Develop, track and manage KPIs for continuous improvementDevelop strong work processes and toolsLead high Priority Customer work sessionsDevelop sales/customer service initiatives that drive engagement across our team and customer teamsDevelop strategy for automation and efficienciesMaintain sales tools to keep internal teams and customers updated on new products, product categories, seasonal offerings and discontinuationsEnsure all orders processed through systems are processed efficiently and with clean, accurate dataOversee local store support programOversee donation program, demo requests and internal sales initiatives for Sales TeamQualifications, Skills and Experience:Experience with supply chain management softwareProblem solving including de-escalation skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to build strong working relationships both internal to Pacha Soap Co and external with customers or other stakeholdersProven time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentPreferred associates degree or higher in a related fieldMust Haves:Proficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience with supply chain management softwareExperience leading a teamVibrant and Innovative MindsetLead with Pacha Core ValuesHigh School Diploma/GEDPrevious experience in Customer Service or SalesOnly those applicants under consideration will be contacted.
