WTW Lead Associate - Rewards Data Intelligence in White Plains, New York

Here is your opportunity to manage multiple compensation surveys from end-to-end on a team. Do you have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, have a detail orientation, data analysis experience, computer literacy, a client service orientation and outstanding oral and written communication skills? As a compensation survey product leader, you will update and prepare participation materials, launch the surveys, collect and review the submitted data, analyze results and generate client reports. Besides corresponding with clients on a daily basis via email and phone, and responding to their requests, you will be responsible for facilitating live survey kick-off meetings either in person or via webinar and will present results and trend analyses to survey participants at the end of the survey cycle.

The Role

  • Manage the compensation survey cycle for multiple surveys from launch to report production

  • Participate in internal and/or client face-to-face planning meetings to discuss and agree upon changes to surveys for upcoming year

  • Work with clients and internal colleagues to update and prepare compensation survey participation materials including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy in order to launch surveys according to milestone date requirements

  • Assist with promoting higher participation/retention/sales rates

  • Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracy

  • Train seasonal employees on how to review and check survey data

  • Interact with clients via phone and email on a daily basis regarding position matching and data review questions, data analytics and other services or products

  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication

  • Coordinate with other team members to have work reviewed and quality checked

  • Using software tools analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports

  • Send reports to clients on a timely basis

  • Conduct custom analyses (i.e., special peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clients

  • Travel to and present survey findings and trend analyses to survey groups at annual meetings

  • Assist other team members with their survey responsibilities when needed

  • Be willing to take on additional ad-hoc survey requests, consultant requests or custom survey proposals when needed

The Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge

  • The qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, other education and related experience acceptable); HR background a plus

  • Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills and PC expertise utilizing a database

  • Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success

  • Communicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skills

  • Organized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way

  • Be available to travel to survey meetings a few times a year

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the NY Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in California and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other WTW locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role.

Compensation

The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000-$73,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
