**Strategic People Partner**

**What can you expect?**

This position is for a seasoned professional contributor in Human Resources who works independently with minimal supervision. As the Strategic People Partner for PCS-National, you will develop and implement the people strategy focused on the business' talent needs, collaborating with leaders on strategic recruiting/hiring/on-boarding, succession planning and colleague experience with a focus on development and a growth mindset in support of the business's growth agenda. This role will have managerial responsibility for an Talent Acquisition Partner, HR Business Partner and an HR Generalist.

**We will count on you to:**

- Provide forward-looking strategic HR counsel to the PCS-National business and set the overarching vision and strategy to help diagnose talent issues and priorities. Present insights to business leaders to inform decision-making and shape strategic plans.
- Consult and partner with hiring managers/business leaders and broader human resources to implement the talent acquisition process and understand the business' talent acquisition needs, define and develop a talent acquisition strategy and successfully drive execution of that strategy across the business.
- Identify and utilize cost effective, targeted sourcing strategies such as prospecting non-active job seekers, screening methods and selection tools for the recruiting process to effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates; reduce search firm utilization.
- Participate in national business leader and human resource meetings as required; act as a key liaison with the broader HR leaders, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams, business leaders and recruiting search firms to expand our internal resources and explore possibilities of migration across the MarshMcLennan Agency regional groups.
- Collaborate nationally with leaders on succession and workforce planning and the colleague experience with a focus on talent management, leadership development and coaching, inclusion & diversity and pay for performance.
- Create a robust feedback culture and recognition program that will help set the overall employee engagement strategy. Use employee engagement surveys to turn results into improvement action plans.
- Work with and sponsor the growth of our colleagues who are key to our business's success. Implement talent & learning-related programs that target manager's specific needs depending on the business unit's development opportunities.
- Execute special projects as Project Manager with overall responsibility for meeting timeline milestones and driving projects to completion.

**What you need to have:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Analytical, strategic planning, communication and listening skills
- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience preferred
