REBATE AUDITOR
Job Description
Review annual and seasonal marketing/rebate related programs from the buying department for accuracy and completeness
Set up the program in the system for calculation
Review internal reporting for variances between monies due (calculations) and monies received
File claims with vendors for variances showing monies due
Follow up with buyers/vendors for missing or short payments
Ensure all programs are received from buyers and all program detailed are accurate and complete
Respond to management inquiries
Monitor and follow up on all outstanding claims, or missing information
Monitor reporting for overpayments which could be the result of programs calculating incorrectly or not having been received
Requirements – Accounting degree. Minimum 3-year experience in the accounting field. Related auditing experience a plus
Salary Information: $23.00-$25.00 Per Hour
