Responsibilities

Sample Intern Projects & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Consultative Selling: ShadowingGallagherproducers, consultants andunderwriting teamsastheyconnect withclientsand prospects togain abetterunderstandingofGallagher’s sales and marketing

  • Professional Development: AttendingInternOrientationandvariousweeklytrainingeventsto furtherdevelop criticalqualitiesofasuccessfulsalesprofessional(i.e.communication,emotional intelligence, networking, etc.)

  • Competition: Collaboratingwithpeersinnationalandregionalsalescompetitionstochallengeyour passionforsalesandcuriosityoftheinsurancebrokerageworld

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Risingsophomoresandjuniors withanexpectedgraduationdatebetweenDecember2024and June 2026

  • Program starts: June 3 rd , 2024 and ends: August 2 nd , 2024

  • Preferred areas of study include, but are not limited to the following: Risk Management and Insurance, Sales, Marketing, Communications, General Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts or Social Sciences
