High Falls Gorge Cook in Wilmington, New York
This is a full time summer, hourly position. Fulfill daily prep list as per requirements. Prepare to order menu items in accordance to the NYS DOH rules. Duties include Fulfill prep list for daily food service. Prepare food orders as per customer request using deep fryer, char broiler, griddle and convection oven. Prepare baked goods for sale and keep stocked throughout the day. Clean all prep areas, cooking equipment and service areas. Clean dishes and run dishwasher. Mop and sweep the floor daily. Receive in food orders and store food according to Safe Serve requirements. Skills Required: Applicant must be an experienced line cook. Candidate must be clean, neat and organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with propane stove, char broiler, deep fryer, griddle, slicer, and convection oven is required. Weekends and holidays are required to work. Applicant must be fully knowledgeable of and able to implement the NYS Health Department codes while working within the kitchen.
