Overview of Position : Massage Therapist for The Spa Club at Windham Mountain Club will provide a high-quality massage to Windham Mountain Club members utilizing different massage modalities and work to create a healthy, stress-free environment.

Job Qualifications and requirements :
Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification from an accredited massage therapy program
Valid NY state massage therapy license
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to individual guest needs
Physical stamina to perform massage therapy for extended periods

Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal and some body treatments.
Provide a high-quality massage to the club members following Spa protocols.
Assess guests’ individual needs and preferences through consultation and observation
Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to address members’ specific concerns and goals
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and well-stocked
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols
Maintain accurate guest records and update treatment notes after each session
Provide clients with information about additional wellness services and products
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and teamwork.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing an Above & Beyond product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You may also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
